The 29th edition of one of the most popular wine events, Radda nel<\/strong>
\nBicchiere, will take place on Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday, May 24th in Radda in Chianti (Siena).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Radda in Chianti which was awarded an Orange Flag rating by the Touring
\nClub of Italy, is preparing to welcome countless wine enthusiasts from
\naround the world. Each year, people flock to Radda to discover the new
\nvintages, chat with producers and savor the world of Chianti Classico.
\nRadda nel Bicchiere is an initiative organized by the Proloco of Radda
\nin Chianti, where the beautiful town in is on display and wine
\nenthusiasts can taste all the amazing wine that this splendid Tuscan
\nvillage offers.
\nRADDA WINEMAKERS PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT<\/strong>
\nThis year, the Radda Winemakers Association will have its own stand,
\nwhere you can taste the 2020 and 2021 vintage of the Vino di Radda
\n\u201c53017\u201d. In addition, as you walk through around the wall of the town,
\nyou can taste and purchase wines from the following Radda winemakers:
\nArillo in Terrabianca, Brancaia, Cantina Castelvecchi, Caparsa, Castello
\ndi Albola, Castello di Monterinaldi, Castello di Radda, Castello di
\nVolpaia, Colle Bereto, Corte Domina, Fattoria di Montemaggio, Istine,
\nL’Erta di Radda, Podere Capaccia, Podere Ferrale, Podere Terreno,
\nPoggerino, Pruneto, Tenuta di Carleone, Tenute Selvolini, and Val delle
\nCorti.<\/p>\n

PROGRAM SATURDAY, MAY 23<\/strong>
\nRadda meets the Trentino 10:30 AM | Sala del Podest\u00e0, Radda in Chianti
\nTown Hall, Piazza Ferrucci
\nTrentino will be the guest region of this year’s seminar. Sommelier
\nClizia Zuin will guide us on a wine journey between Radda and Trentino,
\nseizing the opportunity to explore the similarities and differences of
\ntwo extraordinary regions. In the world of fine dining, Clizia Zuin
\nstands out as one of the most influential names in the wine world.
\nRecently crowned “Sommelier of the Year 2025” by Gambero Rosso, the Head
\nSommelier and Wine Buyer of Vito Mollica’s Michelin-starred restaurant
\nAtto at Palazzo Portinari Salviati in Florence, she embodies a new
\ngeneration of wine professionals: cosmopolitan, knowledgeable, and
\ndeeply committed to the local area.

Opening of the Radda nel Bicchiere event<\/p>\n

SATURDAY, MAY 23TH PROGRAM<\/strong>
\nFrom 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM along Viale Matteotti the winetasting event is
\nopen to the public to sip the best wines of Radda in Chianti poured by
\nthe producers themselves, with more than 80 wines available. Trentino
\nwineries Vallarom, Monfort Wineries, Maso Cantanghel, and Dalzocchio
\nWinery will also be present with their tasting stands.<\/p>\n

SUNDAY, MAY 24TH PROGRAM<\/strong>
\nFrom 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the winetasting event is open to the
\npublic along Viale Matteotti.
\nFrom 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the 17th Edition of “Radda nel Bicchiere”
\nblind tasting will take place, with the awards ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
\nFrom 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., The \u201cRadda Vintage\u201d tasting in the Sala
\ndel Podest\u00e0 of the Municipality of Radda in Chianti is an initiative
\nthat will allow you to taste older vintages of wines produced in this
\nrenowned Chianti Classico area. The tasting will be led by Sommelier
\nGiovanni d’Alessandro and Davide Bonucci \u2013 Sangiovese Purosangue.<\/p>\n
