The 28th Edition of one of the most beloved events dedicated to wine, namely Radda nel Bicchiere, will take place on Saturday May 24th and Sunday May 25th in Radda in Chianti (Siena).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Radda in Chianti<\/strong>, which received the Orange Flag honor from the Touring Club, is preparing to welcome many wine lovers who come every year to discover the new vintages, chat with the producers and savor the world of Chianti Classico.<\/strong> Radda nel Bicchiere is an initiative organized by the Proloco of Radda in Chianti<\/strong> where visitors and wine tourists can get to know the unique area by tasting of the wines produced in this splendid Chianti village.<\/p>\n

THE WINEMAKERS OF RADDA PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT<\/strong>
\nAgain, this year the Association of Winemakers of Radda will have its own stand, where you will find the 53017 Wine of the Winemakers of Radda vintage 2020 for tasting.<\/strong>
\nIn addition to the various tasting stands you can taste and buy the wines of the following Winemakers of Radda: Arillo in Terrabianca, Borgo Salcetino, Brancaia, Cantina Castelvecchi, Caparsa, Castello di Albola, Castello di Monterinaldi, Castello di Radda, Castello di Volpaia, Colle Bereto, Corte Domina, Fattoria di Montemaggio, Istine, L’Erta di Radda, Podere Capaccia, Podere Terreno, Poggerino, Pruneto, Tenuta di Carleone, Tenute Selvolini, Val delle Corti, Podere Ferrale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seminar: Radda meets Mamoiada<\/strong>
\n10:30 am | Sala del Podest\u00e0 del Comune di Radda in Chianti, Piazza Ferrucci<\/p>\n

Sardinia<\/strong> will be the guest region of this year’s seminar and more precisely; the territory of Mamoiada.
\nThe renowned journalist Aldo Fiordelli<\/strong> will guide us on a wine journey between Radda and Mamoiada<\/strong>, taking the opportunity to explore similarities and differences of two extraordinary winemaking regions.

\nFrom 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm along Viale Matteotti, tasting of the best wines
\nof Radda in Chianti in the company of the producers, with more than 80
\nwines being poured.<\/p>\n

PROGRAM SUNDAY 25 MAY<\/strong>
\nFrom 11.00 to 19.00 tasting stands with the producers in Viale Matteotti.
\nFrom 12.00 to 16.00 the 16th Blind Tasting of Radda nel Bicchiere will take place and at 18.30 the Blind Tasting Award Ceremony.<\/p>\n

Radda Vintage<\/strong>
\nOn Sunday 25 May from 10.30, the Sala del Podest\u00e0 of the Municipality of Radda in Chianti will host “Radda Vintage<\/strong>“, an initiative that will allow you to taste the older vintages of wines produced in this renowned area of Chianti Classico. Tasting held by Giovanni d’Alessandro<\/strong> Sommelier and Davide Bonucci<\/strong> \u2013 Sangiovese Purosangue.<\/p>\n
